摘    要:介绍我国高速铁路自然灾害及异物侵限监测系统的构成和主要功能,在此基础上,确定运用故障率、设备故障报警率为衡量系统运用可靠性的2项关键指标参数,通过分析这2项指标,研究提出系统可靠性的主要影响因素。总结不同线路防灾系统在现场运用过程中存在的8项共性典型问题,并深入剖析发生原因,针对系统前期顶层设计较为薄弱、工程建设质量不能全面达标可控、部分设备报警准确性不稳定、现场运用维护管理存在实际困难等现状,从防灾系统的设计和建设、运用和维护2方面提出改进完善的优化方向和措施建议,为提升系统防灾减灾效果、实现高速铁路运营安全提供技术指导和支持。

Abstract:This paper introduces the composition and main functions of the HSR natural disaster and intrusion monitoring system in china,based on which two key indicators,failure rate and failure alarm rate are selected to measure the reliability of the system.By analyzing these two indicators,the main factors affecting the reliability of the system are studied and put forward.The paper also summarizes eight common typical issues existing in the field operation of different disaster prevention systems and makes an in-depth analysis on the causes.In view of the current situation of weak top-level design at the early stage of the system design,uncontrollable construction quality,unstable alarm accuracy of some equipment and practical difficulties in field operation and maintenance management,optimization and improvement suggestions are proposed for design and establishment as well as application and maintenance of the disaster prevention system,providing technical guidance and support for better performance of the disaster monitoring and mitigation system and securing HSR safety.
