玄武岩纤维水泥土的冻融循环特性试验研究

摘    要:为研究软土地区隧道基底水泥土加固材料的性能,分别进行了冻融循环条件下玄武岩纤维水泥土的静态抗压和劈裂抗拉试验,同时对不同冻融循环次数后的玄武岩纤维水泥土试样的高度、质量以及超声波进行了测试,探讨冻融循环作用对新型玄武岩纤维水泥土材料的物理及力学特性的影响。试验结果表明,随着冻融循环次数0、1、3、6、9和12的依次增加,玄武岩纤维水泥土试样的高度、质量和波速总体呈先减小后增大的趋势;其抗压强度和抗拉强度同样先减小后缓慢增大,6次冻融循环后的试样强度最低;冻融循环作用影响着玄武岩纤维水泥土的物理和力学特性,且物理特性和力学特性之间存在一定的相关性。该研究可为季节性冻土区隧道工程设计与建设提供一定的试验基础。

Abstract:To study the performance of cement soil reinforced material for tunnel foundation in soft soil area,this paper describes the static compression resistance and splitting tensile tests of basalt fiber cement soil under freeze-thaw cycles,and examines the height,quality and ultrasonic waves of the basalt fiber cement soil specimens after different freeze-thaw cycles.It looks at the effects of freeze-thaw cycles on the physical and mechanical properties of new basalt fiber reinforced cement soil.The test results show that with the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycles from 0 to 1,3,6,9 and 12,the height,mass and wave velocity of basalt fiber cement soil generally decreased first and then increased.Also,the compressive strength and tensile strength decreased first and then increased slowly,the strength of the specimens after six freeze-thaw cycles registered the lowest,the freeze-thaw cycles affected the physical and mechanical properties of basalt fiber cement soil,and there was a certain correlation between physical properties and mechanical properties.This research can provide a basis for further tests on tunnel engineering design and construction in seasonal frozen soil areas.
