铁路工程高品质机制砂生产关键技术

为解决天然河砂资源短缺、市场上劣质机制砂质量无法满足铁路高性能混凝土用砂需求的问题,依托瓮马铁路建设,开展高品质机制砂生产技术研究,推动高品质机制砂在铁路工程特别是预应力混凝土构件中的应用。针对市场上机制砂普遍存在的级配不良、石粉含量超标、颗粒棱角多等质量问题,通过优选矿山、改进生产工艺、创新信息化质量检测手段,形成一套铁路用高品质机制砂生产工艺及质量控制应用成果,确保机制砂质量符合规范要求、性能稳定,并在瓮马铁路开展机制砂混凝土T梁和轨枕的试用,为高品质机制砂在铁路预应力混凝土构件中的应用提供实践案例。

Key Production Technology of High-quality Manufactured Sand in Railway Engineering

Natural river sand is in shortage and the low-quality manufactured sand in the market can not satisfy the demand of high performance concrete used in railway.Based on the construction of Weng’an-Machangping railway,the paper carried out research on production technology of high-quality manufactured sand,promoting the application of high-quality manufactured sand in railway engineering especially prestressed concrete members.Some common quality problems of manufactured sand exist in the market,such as poor gradation,excessive amount of stone powder,too many granular corners,etc.Through mine optimization,production process improvement and quality monitoring digitization,the paper proposed a set of production process and quality control method for high-quality manufactured sand in railway industry,ensuring that the quality of manufactured sand meet the standard requirement.With stable performance,the sand was on trial for the T-beam and sleeper of manufactured sand concrete on Weng’an-Machangping railway,providing practical example for the application of high-quality manufactured sand in prestressed concrete members in railway engineering.
