摘    要:基于中国铁路总公司相关科技研究开发计划项目,从探索长株潭城际铁路湘江隧道30‰大坡道设置电分相的工程技术难题解决措施出发,应用先进的大功率变流控制技术,开展BPT接触网电分相连续供电系统的技术研究和工程应用,分析系统原始创新技术原理,提出并建立完备的系统成套技术以及工程应用方案。经过5年的研发、试验、评估和应用,验证了该系统原理先进、自动化程度高、与车网匹配性能良好、运行安全稳定,可有效解决以往过分相的技术和管理难题,弥补和彻底解决利用大工业网电源条件下25?kV交流牵引供电制式的固有缺陷,可为电分相设置与复杂线路设计提供可靠的技术措施。

Abstract:Based on technical research and development projects of CHINA RAILWAY,researchers who authored this paper explored the solutions for solving the engineering and technical problems in arranging neutral sections on steep grades of 30‰ gradient of Xiangjiang River Tunnel of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Intercity Railway by implementing the advanced high-power converter control technology,carrying out the technical research and engineering application of the BPT OCS neutral section continuous power supply system,and analyzing the theory of the original innovation technology,proposed and established a complete technology system and engineering application plan.After 5 years of R&D,test,evaluation and application,the system is proved to be advanced in theory,highly automated,good in matching with both trains and the OCS,and safe and stable in operation.It can effectively solve the technical and management problems of passing neutral sections,and make up for and thoroughly solve the inherent defects of the 25 kV AC traction power supply system under the condition of public industrial power supply network,and provide reliable technical measures for the arrangement of neutral sections and the design of complex lines.
