高铁车载通信信号一体化综合维修探索与实践

摘    要:从考察通信和信号2个专业在高铁车载设备维修中的作业步骤出发,通过分析作业时间、作业地点、作业内容和操作流程的相关性和重合程度,阐述高铁车载通信信号一体化综合维修的现实可行性和必要性。从检修作业质量、整体用工数量、劳动安全风险和作业技能构成变化等4方面,分别就工区级整合和车间级整合2个方案,对实施过程中的作业组织、用工变化和实施效果进行比较分析。总结整合优化方案实施的经验,并分析仍存在的问题,提出进一步提高高铁车载通信信号维修作业质量和劳动效益的展望。

Abstract:The maintenance system for HSR onboard communication&signaling equipment is introduced and the feasibility and necessity of an integrated maintenance strategy are discussed based on an analysis on the time,place,content and procedures of maintenance operations.Four aspects including the maintenance quality,labor cost,safety risk and operation skills are elaborated.Two scenarios respectively integrating the work zones and workshops are proposed and compared from the perspectives of work organization,labor cost and maintenance effect.Further improvement on HSR onboard communication&signaling maintenance quality and benefit are prospected with successful experience and lessons concluded.
