摘    要:针对新研发的高速铁路地震预警系统车载地震紧急处置装置,采用危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)方法,通过对其硬件、软件、接口等功能的细化分解和流程分析,研究该装置各功能可能存在的主要偏差(危险、危害因素)及其产生原因和后果。依据该领域专家经验,确定功能偏差的危害程度和发生频率,结合风险矩阵评价初始风险等级,提出针对性的风险控制措施,为高速铁路车载地震紧急处置装置的可靠性及高速铁路运营安全提供保障。

Abstract:Targeting the newly-developed onboard emergency response equipment of HSR earthquake warning system,HAZOP method is used to have a detailed study on the hardware,software and interfaces,with potential functional deviations and their possible consequence analyzed(risks and hazards).The level and frequency of potential deviations are evaluated based on the experience of expert and the risk matrix so that targeting risk control measures are proposed to provide safety guarantee for HSR operation.
