| 摘 要： | 重庆地区一些小型砂石厂生产的机制砂质量较差,不满足铁路工程使用要求,给沿线铁路工程施工造成困扰。分析对比机制砂存在的问题,采取多种措施控制机制砂MB值及砂石粉含量,并通过增加生产设备、优化生产工艺等有效措施,保证机制砂产品质量,促进重庆地区砂石厂生产可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Manufactured sand produced by some small sand factories in Chongqing area is poor in quality,cannot meet the requirements of railway projects,and causes troubles to railway engineering construction along the line.This paper examines and compares the existing problems of manufactured sand and puts forward various measures to control the MB value and sand powder content of manufactured sand,increase the quantity of production equipment and optimize the production process to ensure the quality of manufactured sand products and promote the sustainable development of production of sand factories in Chongqing. |
