中国标准动车组约束阻尼降噪板的研制与应用

摘    要:依据时速350?km中国标准动车组顶层设计要求,在对比分析国内外车轮减振降噪措施的性能特点基础上,选定约束阻尼的降噪方式。针对中国标准动车组车轮的外形尺寸设计了约束阻尼降噪板,其具有高阻尼特性、无需改造车轮结构、使用期间免维护的特点,并完成了降噪板的安全评估、室内降噪效果测试、现场噪声测试和60万km的装车运用考核工作。目前安装有国产降噪板的中国标准动车组最高运行里程120万km,降噪板服役期间性能良好。

Abstract:According to the requirements of top level design for 350 km/h Chinese standard EMU,the constrained damping approach is selected as the noise reduction solution based on the comparison of vibration and noise reduction measures for wheels in China and abroad.The constrained damping noise reduction plate is designed based on the dimension of Chinese standard EMU wheels,featured with such advantages as high damping performance,zero-maintenance during operation and no need to change the wheel structure.The safety assessment,test for indoor noise reduction effect,field test and 600 000 km application test for the plate have been completed.Up to now,the Chinese standard EMU train mounted with the home-made noise reduction plates has registered an operation mileage of 1 200 000 km and the noise reduction plates are showing favorable performance.
