蒙华铁路施工图现场核对工作管理

施工图现场核对是确保设计是否与现场实际情况相符、设计方案和措施是否合理的重要保障.以蒙华铁路项目为依托,论述站前工程路基、桥涵、隧道等专业施工图现场核对工作要点;准备阶段开展复查、审核施工图,落实技术人员力量等工作,确保施工图设计的合规性、合理性,减少设计过程中差错漏碰等问题;实施阶段落实明确工作原则,制定工作流程,加强宣贯培训,强化现场组织等措施.全线共完成6 925个站前工程工点的施工图现场核对,对核对发现的1 216个问题工点进行优化,按变更设计程序完善施工图.该项工作有效保障设计与施工顺利衔接,为确保工程实体质量和施工安全奠定了基础,可为后续铁路工程建设提供借鉴.

Onsite Check of Construction Drawings for Western Inner Mongolia-Central China Railway

Onsite check of construction drawings serves as a guarantee for the consistency between the design and onsite conditions and also for the rationality of the design scheme and construction measures. On the western Inner Mongolia-Central China Railway, for instance, key checking points on construction drawings for subgrade, bridge & culvert and tunnel are explained;on preparatory stage, recheck and review of construction drawing, determination of workforce, etc. were finished;on implementation stage, working principle and process were established, trainings were organized and onsite management were intensified. For the western Inner Mongolia- Central China Railway, total 6 925 working points were checked, from which, 1 216 points were optimized and the construction drawings were improved accordingly. The onsite check of construction drawing guarantees the safety and quality of the construction. The experience of the western Inner Mongolia-Central China Railway can be learnt by other railway projects.
