铁路安全视频监控和智能分析系统

针对当前高速铁路沿线视频监控存在的问题与周界防范应用的需求,研发一种先进的周界入侵报警系统成为迫切需要。基于深度学习算法,研发了铁路安全视频监控和智能分析系统,重点阐述系统总体方案、主要组成和关键技术。系统采用智能化算法实现目标自动识别,有效克服了人员巡逻带来的巡视空隙等缺点,与其他非可视化防护存在高误报率、低可靠性等问题相比,能有效提高防护准确率和实效性,可为铁路安全运行提供更实用、更可靠的智能化防控技术手段。

Video Surveillance and Intelligent Analysis System for Railway Safety

In light of the existing problems in video surveillance along high speed railways and the need of perimeter protection and application,it is urgent to develop an advanced perimeter intrusion alarm system.Based on in-depth learning algorithm,a video surveillance and intelligent analysis system for railway safety is developed.This paper highlights the overall scheme,main components and key technologies of the system.The system adopts intelligent algorithm to realize automatic target recognition,and effectively overcomes the shortcomings of gaps between personnel patrols.Compared with other non-visual protections,which have problems such as high false alarm rate and low reliability,the system can effectively improve the accuracy and effectiveness of protection,and can provide more practical and reliable intelligent prevention and control means for the safe operation of railway.
