A Study of the Oil Addictive and Self-Healing Technology of Equipment

With a brief introduction of the status quo and features of self-healing technology, this paper provides a systematic study of the application of non-destructive maintenance by sampling CAT loader and ship discharger, and their specific condition. It proves that the correct use of fluid maintenance technology(additive) can not only lower the high maintenance expenditure and time but also reduce the rate of lubrication fault and increase the economic gain.
