Interface Management for Metro Telecom System Contractor

Because of too many subsystems in telecom system of metro, such as PABX,Clock,SDH,PCM,Fiber,CopperCable,PowerSupply,Dispatch,PA,OA,CCTV,Wireless System ,PIDS and so on,it is difficult for the contractor to deal with the internal interfaces between them.Considering the interfaces between the outside systems with telecom system such as Civil work,FAS,BAS,AFC,ATS etc.,it's even harder to manage the external interfaces.According to the author's experience,this paper offers a way to solve this problem smoothly through understanding the interfaces,building documentation for them and applying effective management methods.
