城市浅埋大跨暗挖隧道施工中建筑物的沉降动态控制技术

摘    要:厦门机场路一期工程梧村山隧道埋深浅、跨度大,地质条件差,从既有建筑的下方穿过。介绍该工程在下穿施工中对建筑物所采取的动态沉降控制技术。通过对建筑物进行适时跟踪监控、施作止水帷幕、基底加固注浆及动态注浆抬升,有效控制了建筑物的沉降,确保了隧道施工的安全。

Abstract:Wucunshan tunnel on Air Port Road in Xiamen has shallow cover depth,large span and poor geological conditions.The tunnel runs underneath existing buildings.The authors present the dynamic settlement control technology adopted for the buildings during the tunnel construction.Real-time tracing monitoring,water-proofing curtain,ground reinforcement grouting and dynamic raising grouting are executed,which effectively brings the settlement of the buildings under control and ensures the safety of the tunnel const...
