多级嵌挤骨架型级配碎石设计方法研究

摘    要:我国规范所提供的基层骨架密实型碎石级配,其粗骨料比例过大,骨架间细料含量相对较少,现场施工压实难以达标,而室内成型试验又很容易离析。鉴于此,采用了多级嵌挤方法,对级配碎石的骨架结构进行了填充试验,并通过CBR、车辙试验,对规范中的悬浮密实型级配、密实型级配和推荐级配进行了对比验证,得出新的级配碎石设计方法。试验研究结果表明: 基于多级嵌挤的骨架密实型级配碎石具有较好的力学性能,实地施工更易实现。

Study on Design Method for Multilevel Mechanically Interlocked Skeleton Type Grading Macadam

Abstract:For the dense skeleton type macadam graduation of the base provided in our specification,there is too large proportion of coarse aggregate and relatively small proportion of fine aggregate between the skeleton so that on site compression is hard to meet the requirement,however,indoor molding test leads to separation easily. Accordingly,by use of multilevel mechanically interlocking,filling test is carried out against the skeleton structure of grading macadam and,in comparison with suspended dense graduation,dense graduation and recommended graduation by CBR and rutting tests for verification,the new design method for macadam graduation is obtained. The study results show that multilevel mechanically interlocking based dense skeleton grading macadam is of good mechanical property and easy to be implemented.
