摘    要:掺合钢渣的混合轻质砂土是一种新型混合土(LSBS),在无侧限抗压试验基础上,研究了LSBS的应力应变特性,钢渣掺入比以及龄期对应力应变特性的影响规律,应力应变关系曲线的模型模拟;研究了破坏应变和变形系数随钢渣掺入比以及龄期的变化规律,分析了破坏应变以及变形系数与抗压强度的关系;得出了LSBS的应力应变之间呈现弹塑性特性,随着龄期的增长,前期的弹性模量、无侧限抗压强度和破坏应变都随之增大,养护龄期较长时钢渣才能表现水化作用,应力应变曲线符合相关性很高的抛物线模型,破坏应变和变形系数与抗压强度符合线性增长模型。研究结果表明,LSBS具有一定的轻质高强和延性好等特点,可用于路基工程。

Abstract:Lightweight mixed sandy soil with steel slag is a new composite soil (LSBS). Based on unconfined compressive strength test, LSBS’s stress-strain characteristics and how mixing ratio of steel slag and the age affect the characteristics were studied and the curve of stress vs. strain were simulated by model. Furthermore, the law of failure strain and deformation coefficient changing with steel slag’s mixing ratio and the age, as well as the relation between the failure strain, deformation coefficient and the compressive strength, were analyzed. The results show that stress vs. strain of LSBS presented elastic plasticity and, as growth of the age, the elastic modulus, unconfined compressive strength and failure strain in earlier stage were also increased; where the curing period was long, steel slag might have hydration capacity, the stress strain curve conformed to parabola model with high correlation, and the relation between the failure strain, deformation coefficient and the compressive strength presented linear growth. The study result shows that LSBS is of light weight,high strength and good ductility and could be used for subgrade engineering.
