摘    要:平板是舰船壳体的主要体现形式,平行于平板的水流诱发的流致振动被认为是流动噪声的起因之一,并因此提出了船用平板上覆以柔性层以降噪的问题。本文先以典型的两种来流速度情况用能量判明裸弹性平板流致振动的收敛性,在此基础上分析了覆在弹性平板上柔性层面临的流致振动问题。

Abstract:Elastic plate is a main kind of ship shell components, the vibration induced by water flow alongthe plate surface is considered as one of the causes of flow noise, and hence the problem about a platecovered by flexible layer is presented.The first result obtained in this paper is that the vibration of a bare elastic steel - plate induced byfree - stream flow is convergent, which is verified by the energy method. On the above basis, the flow-induced vibration of elastic plate covered by a flexible layer is analyzed.
