摘    要:采用文献调研的方法,对矿山法施工隧道粉尘控制技术进行系统总结。首先,介绍粉尘的六大危害,阐述钻孔、爆破、出渣运输与喷浆4个主要工序下粉尘产出的机制; 然后,对矿山法隧道粉尘控制技术进行梳理,主要按“减”、“降”、“排”、“除”、“阻”5个方面展开,介绍各类技术的控尘原理、优缺点及其控制效果; 最后,分析粉尘控制技术在针对化研究、设备参数优化、特殊材料应用和新方法研究等方面的发展前景。

Abstract:The high concentration dust controltechnologies in the tunnel construction by mining method are summarizedsystematically by literature investigation. Firstly, six hazards of dust areintroduced, and the mechanism of dust production in four main processes ofdrilling, blasting, mucking and shotcreting is described. Secondly, the dustcontrol technologies of mined tunnel are sorted out according to fivecategories of reduction, lowering, exhaust, remove and stop, and the dustcontrol mechanisms of these technologies are introduced. Finally, the prospectsof the dust control technology in pertinence, equipment, materials and newmethods are analyzed.
