公路隧道光伏薄膜遮阳棚的透光率选型及光伏效益估算

摘    要:在隧道洞口设置遮阳棚可以有效减弱车辆进出隧道时出现的“黑洞”“白洞”效应,并且节约电能。光伏薄膜材料具有光伏发电的功能,并具备一定的透光率,可以很好地结合遮阳棚达到洞口减光和光伏发电的双重效果。针对光伏薄膜遮阳棚的设计,根据光伏薄膜材料透光率的特点以及光伏发电规模的需求,通过DIALUX 数值模拟对视觉照度适应曲线进行对比,探讨在不同季节、不同行车速度下光伏薄膜遮阳棚透光率的不同组合形式及遮阳棚长度。研究发现: 1)行车速度为120、80、40 km/ h 时遮阳棚最佳透光率组合分别为初始段透光率0. 3+末尾段透光率0.15、初始段透光率0. 2+末尾段透光率0. 1、初始段透光率0. 15+末尾段透光率0. 05,对应的最佳长度分别为100、0、60 m。2)光伏薄膜遮阳棚对隧道洞口的减光效果良好。

Abstract:When vehicles enter and exit the tunnel, awning can effectively reduce the "black hole" and "white hole" effect, and save electric energy. The photovoltaic thin film material has the function of photovoltaic power generation and has a certain transmittance, which can be well combined with the awning to achieve the double effects of reducing hole light and photovoltaic power generation. According to the characteristics of the transmittance of photovoltaic thin film materials and the demand of photovoltaic power generation scale, the visual illuminance adaptation curves are compared by DIALUX numerical simulation method, and the combined working conditions of different transmittance and different lengths of light transmittance of photovoltaic film awning under different seasons and driving speeds are discussed. The research results show that: (1) When the driving speed are 120, 80 and 40 km/ h, the best combination of light transmittance are 0.3 at the initial stage and 0. 15 at final stage, 0.2 at the initial stage and 0.1 at the final stage, and 0.15 at the initial stage and 0.05 at the final stage, respectively; and the corresponding optimal lengths of awning are 100, 80 and 60 m, respectively. (2) The photovoltaic film awning has a good effect on reducing the light at the tunnel entrance/ exit.
