摘    要:针对复杂环境下新旧车站接驳部位连续墙和结构侧墙进行拆除具有技术环保要求高和安全风险大等特点,通过对人工凿除、机械破除、浅孔微差爆破、静力爆破及金刚石静力切割施工方案的优缺点进行对比分析,提出采取金刚石绳锯与金刚石水钻相结合的静力切割技术;并以深圳地铁新建9号线接驳运营2号线车站工程为例,对金刚石绳锯切割施工方案及运营线路与新建结构的保护进行详细说明,安全、优质、高效地完成了深圳地铁9号线车站接驳工程施工中大体量混凝土结构的拆除工作。

Abstract:To demolish the diaphragm wall and side wall of a complex interchange station of Metro system, we prefer to use the diamond wire saw combined with water drill rather than other methods, such as artificial chiseling, mechanical breaking and blasting, due to the high requirement on technology, environmental protection and safety risk control. We take an interchange station of newly built Line 9 and exiting Line 2 of Shenzhen Metro as an example and expatiate the construction procedure of demolishing the reinforced concrete structure by means of diamond wire saw. We also discuss how to protect the operational Metro line and the newly built structures. The experience we acquired in demolishing mass reinforced concrete structures with high quality and efficiency in Line 9 of Shenzhen Metro offers reference for similar projects in the future.
