水下公路(道路)隧道交通工程设施设计研究

交通工程设施是水下公路(道路)隧道的重要配套工程,对保障其安全、高效、节能运行起着至关重要的作用。针对水下公路(道路)隧道交通工程设施设计这一热点问题,分析水下公路(道路)隧道和山岭公路隧道的差异,结合国内外工程建设经验,对水下公路(道路)隧道交通工程设施(通风设施、照明设施、综合监控设施、紧急呼叫设施、火灾探测报警设施、消防设施、逃生通道、排水设施、结构健康监测设施、供配电设施、交通安全设施)的设置要求进行梳理,并总结归纳了4种不同施工工法类型(钻爆法、盾构法、沉管法、堰筑法)水下公路(道路)隧道交通工程设施的设计要点。

Research on Design of Traffic Facilities of Underwater Road Tunnels

Traffic facilities, which are important auxiliary parts of underwater road tunnels, play an important role in ensuring the safe, efficient and energy saving operation of the tunnels. In the paper, the differences between the underwater road tunnels and mountain crossing road tunnels are analyzed，the requirements for the arrangement of the traffic facilities (including ventilation facilities, illumination facilities, comprehensive monitoring facilities, emergency calling facilities, fire detection and alarming facilities, fire fighting facilities, escape passage, drainage facilities, structural health monitoring facilities, power supply and distribution facilities, traffic safety facilities, etc.) of underwater road tunnels are summarized, and the key points in the design of the traffic facilities of underwater road tunnels constructed by drill and blast method, shield method, immersed tube method or cofferdam building method are also provided. 
