Selection and quantification of service quality indices of public transport

This thesis introduces the service quality of public transport and its eight measurable indices. Based on the contrast analysis of the eight indices, the results indicate that the index of transport speed takes on multiple properties of transport with heavy weight. It is important to choose the index for both public transport operators and passengers.
