| Abstract: | The crisis of water resource makes the reasonable distribution and utilization of water resource very important.The article gives the model how to optimize the distribution of the limited water resource among various industries of Xianyang City,and puts forward the countermeasures according to the actual conditions so as to achieve the maximum social benefit,economical benefit and ecological benefit of this area. |
