| 摘 要： | 通过模拟或调研用户真实的使用感受,对车辆进行主观评价,是一种基于用户观点的评价方法。运用SPSS统计学软件,以中高级轿车的驾驶性能的主观评价为例,阐述了单因素方差分析方法在车辆主观评价中的应用。单因素方差分析方法适用于所有涉及对车辆的造型美学、性能、品质感知的评价,该方法既避免了只比较平均值的误区,又相对于Z检验和T检验提高了分析效率和可靠性。

| Abstract: | To carry on subjective evaluation about the automobile is based on the voice of customers.This study adopts SPSS software,and illustrates how to apply One-Way ANOVA to automobile evaluation.The method could also be used in other subjective evaluations,such as the appearance style,the interior style,the perceptive quality and so on.The method avoids the misunderstanding of just comparing the averages and improves the efficency and reliability comparing with the Z-test and T-test. |
