摘    要:玉磨铁路新平隧道位于断裂破碎带中,地质条件复杂,施工过程中突泥涌水灾害频发,其突发性及规模属国内外罕见。 为确 保隧道工程的顺利实施,在隧道设计、施工过程中,经过研究论证、方案比选优化、现场试验和重难点技术攻关,成功解决断裂破碎 带隧道施工技术难题,形成断裂破碎带含水体超前预报技术、隧道超前预加固技术、断裂带软岩大变形控制技术、带仰拱一次开挖 技术、隧道非爆开挖技术等一系列关键技术成果。

Abstract:The Xinping Tunnel on Yuxi-Mohan Railway is located in the fault and fracture zone with complex geological conditions. During the construction process, mud and water gushing occur frequently, which are rare around the world. Hence, in order to ensure the successful implementation of the tunnel, key construction technologies for the tunnel crossing fault and fracture zone are obtained in terms of tunnel design and construction, research and discussion, scheme comparison and optimization, field experiment and difficulty treatment. The obtained technologies include advance prediction, advance pre-reinforcement, soft rock large deformation control, one-time excavation with invert, and nonexplosive excavation.
