摘 要: | 采用数值模拟的方法对前置预旋导管内定子的周向布置形式进行了研究分析.通过计算单个定子不同来流攻角,两个定子不同夹角及考虑螺旋桨抽吸作用下的多种工况,得到了导管内单个定子的周向影响范围,并分析了来流攻角对定子切向预旋作用的影响;给出了导管内布置两个定子时的最佳几何夹角.此外,还分析了螺旋桨的抽吸作用对定子预旋效果的影响.

Abstract: | The numerical simulation method was used to analyze the circumferential arrangement of stators in Pre-swirl duct. The analysis covered the conditions including one stator with different angles of attack, two stators with different intersecting an- gles, and the consideration of pumping action of the propeller. For one stator case, the circumferential influenced ranges of one stator were determined and the effects of attack angles on tangential pre-swirl are discussed. Furthermore, the best intersection angle between two stators was suggested. |
