摘    要:分析南通中远川崎船舶工程有限公司在建造10 000 TEU船舶时采用电磁继电器控制照明系统,以及由此而带来的控制台体积大、使用物料多、现场作业难度大等问题,在基础上,介绍13 000 TEU项目所采用PLC技术控制照明的设计方案,该方案较好地解决了上述问题.

Abstract:The electric-magnetic relay control method for lighting system was adopted on 10 000 TEU container ship built by Nantong COSCO KHI Ship Engineering Company Limited. However, this design has some inconvenience, such as the bigger con- trol panel, much material and difficulty construction work. In the project of 13 000 TEU container ship, the PLC remote control method was applied and optimized to solve these troubles.
