| 摘 要： | 结合板材成形和回弹过程的特点,采用显式-隐式算法模拟板材成形和回弹过程,并对数值模拟中的关键问题进行分析.利用显式-隐式算法,对板材辊弯成形和回弹过程进行模拟,得到整个过程中任一时刻板上的应力分布、板材的回弹量及最终变形状态.

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of the sheet metal forming and spring-back process, the explicit algorithm was used to simulate the forming process, and the implicit algorithm was used to simulate the spring-back process. The key issues in the numerical simulation were analyzed. With the use of explicit-implicit algorithm, the roll bending for plate was simulated, so as to obtain the stress distribution at any moment in the entire process, the amount of spring-back and the final deformation state of the plate. |
