海洋平台铜镍合金管焊接气孔控制研究

摘    要:针对钻井平台铜镍合金管焊接气孔问题进行焊接试验与对比,分析气孔产生的原因并制定改造措施.从保护气体、密封装置和密封方式、焊接操作等方面进行控制,焊后射线检测合格,无焊接气孔,确定铜镍管CuNi90/10的焊接工艺并应用于铜镍管的焊接生产之中.

Abstract:The wehting tests were carried out for the welding porosity in Cu-Ni alloy tube of drilling platform, so as to ana- lyze the causes of wehl porosity and to work out tile preventive methods. The research showed that after prevention from improving the shielding gas, sealing devices and method, welding operation and so on, the radiographic testing (RT) is OK and there are no porosity in the welding. So, the welding process of alloy tube CuNi90/10 was qualified and applied in the production of Cu-Ni alloy tube welding.
