摘    要:介绍长江首艘多功能溢油回收船“海特311”的结构和性能,分析围油栏的布设方法,提出“线面式”溢油应急技术。介绍该技术的工作原理及工作效率,提出结合双体围油栏的使用的构思,以期更大限度地发挥多功能溢油回收船的作用。

Study on Line-plane Spilled Oil Recovery Method in the Multiple-function Spilled Oil Recovery Ship

Abstract:The structure and performance of the first multiple-function spilled oil recovery ship in Yangtze river were introduced. The different emplacing methods of oil spill booms were analyzed to set forth a new line-plane recovery method. The work- ing principle and efficiency of the line-plane spilled oil recovery method were described. The authors believed that combining with double oil boom can make the best use of the multiple-function spilled oil recovery ship.
