| Abstract: | The is used to predict optimal composite traffic accident, IOWHA operator can make full use model based on induced order information aggregation operator which shows that the composite prediction model based on of the information predicted through each item and improve the prediction accuracy. It becomes a new method of predicting traffic accident. |
