摘    要:提出了典型六轴线液压模块组合挂车横梁拓扑优化的一般过程,建立了基于整车结构的横梁拓扑优化设计有限元计算模型.在满足强度刚度要求的情况下,优化后横梁结构相对原结构重量降低了161.2kg.

Abstract:General process of topology optimization design for beam of typical hydraulic module assembled trailer with six axes is propounded,and FEM model based on the entirety structure is constructed.The beam weight decreases 161.2 kg after optimization while meeting the requirement of the strength and stiffness.
