| Abstract: | The IMO Maritime Safety Committee at its 85th Session adopted by Resolution MSC 273 （85） the Amendments to the International Safety Management Code for the Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention （ISM Code）. The Amendments will enter into force on 1 July 2010. This paper, based oil the modifications to the company documentation system, discusses the unde~tanding and application of the amendments. |
