| 摘 要： | 对大秦线2009年7月以来发生的重载列车途停,从机车司机操纵、上坡前预想、机务设备原因的主、客观方面进行了详细的分析论述。从确保机车质量、改进操纵办法、区间停车后的处理,提出了防止重载列车途停的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Regarding the failure of heavy haul train halt on the way on the Daqin Line since July of 2009,detailed analysis and argumentation are made seeking for subjective and objective reasons in terms of driver＇s operation,prevision before climbing the slope and locomotive equipments.Specific countermeasures are built on it with a view to ensuring locomotive quality,improving operation procedure and handling for train stop to prevent heavy haul train in-section halt. |
