| 摘 要： | 分析武广客运专线广州南站开通时旅客的购票特点以及即将面临的问题,基于广州铁路(集团)公司已成功运用的电话订票系统,采用全新的互联网订票和银行卡支付技术,提出"一站式"订票服务方案,并对其业务模式及实现技术进行研究,为探索广州南站的票务系统建设提供一种思路.

| Abstract: | It was analyzed the specialties of passenger ticketing mode and problems that might be encountered after the opening of WuGuan Passenger Dedicated Line. Based on the successfully-spread Call Center Ticket Reservation System by Guangzhou Railway Group Corporation, ＂one-stop service＂ solution was proposed, which was supported by the completely new technology of on-net reservation and bank cards payment. The operation mode and the technologies were also explained. So it obviously provided an idea for reference to construct the Ticketing System at Guangzhou Southern Station. |
