| 摘 要： | 为了开发出软件复用度高、系统结构灵活性好、能够快速适应变化的应急决策支持系统，按照领域工程的开发步骤，使用UML建模工具，采用面向特征的领域分析技术，提出基于领域工程的应急决策支持系统构件开发方法；得出了横切竖割、构件编织、分层设计的构件模型，构件模型可以按照用户需要进行组合，从而提高了这类系统的开发效率和质量．
