冷轧深冲薄板的FLD与成型性

摘    要:通过对IF、08Al、SPCC3种深冲钢板的成分、组织和性能的分析,比较了它们的基本成型性能。同时对3种钢板进行了成型极限图FLD试验,试验结果表明,冷轧深冲钢板组织的晶粒越均匀、越粗大,其对应的基本成型性能和模拟成型性能越好。IF板的拉延性能和压延性能均优于08Al和SPCC板,而08Al又好于SPCC板,IF和08Al板更适用于复杂的冲压成型。

Abstract:By analysis of composition,texture and performance of the three deep-drawing steel plates:IF,08Al and SPCC,their basic forming performances are compared.Forming limit drawing(FLD)tests of the three steel plates are car-ried out.It is shown by test results that the more uniform and the bigger of grains in cold-rolled deep-drawing steel plate is the better their basic formability and simulating forming performance are obtained.Both drawing performance and press performance of IF plate is better than those of08Al and SPCC,and08Al is better than SPCC.IF and08Al plates are more suitable for complicate stamping forming.
