三叉神经根与周围血管的关系(显微外科解剖学研究)

一、与三叉神经根有关的血管包括基底动脉脑桥支,小脑上动脉和小脑下前动脉。而以基底动脉脑桥支最为多见。二、三叉神经根的主要血供来自基底动脉脑桥支。有时小脑下前动脉可有一细小分支参与神经根的血供。推论手术中误伤该脑桥支后,可能导致术后咀嚼肌运动障碍。三、小脑上动脉与三叉神经根的关系主要是位置上的密切相邻。四、小脑下前动脉可能在横过三叉神经根腹侧面时与之贴近,经颅后窝施行三神经感觉根切断时应当注意。

The Relationship of the Trigeminal Root and the Neighbouring Vessels.(A microsurgical Anatomical Study)

Using the surgical microscope and under ten times magnifications, the authors studied the relationship between the trigeminal root and each neigh bouring blood vessel at forty aduIt specimens. The main findings of the study are as follows: (1) The blood vessel keeping close relationship to the nerve root include pontine branches of basilar artery, superior cerebe liar artery and anterior inferior cerebellar artery, with the pontine branches being the most often encountered; (2) The nerve root is supplied mainly by one of the pontine branches of basilar artery, and from this, the authors suspect that the palsy of the muscles of mastication may be produced if the vessel is injured during the operation on trigeminal root; (3) The superior cerebellar artery and the nerve root keep intimate relation to each other in position, that is the chief relation between them; (4) The anterior inferior cerebellar artery may closely contact with the ventral surface of the nerve root when it runs laterally.
