| 摘 要： | 儿童安全座椅能够在交通事故中有效地保护儿童。为了提高其利用率,通过阐述我国儿童安全座椅的使用现状,分析了国人存在的认识误区、相关法律法规缺乏、销售市场混乱和宣传不力等诸多问题,最后从完善法律法规、加强监督管理、深入宣传教育、开拓租赁市场等方面提出了对策,并在此基础上介绍了国外推广儿童安全座椅值得借鉴的成功经验。

| Abstract: | Child safety seat can provide effective protection for children in traffic accidents.To improve its utilization ratio,the paper set forth the status quo of domestic use of child safety seat,and analyzed several problems in China.Furthermore,the paper put forward the strategies and countermeasures to improve laws and regulations,strengthen supervision and in-depth publicity,and develop the rental market.Finally,the international successful experiences were discussed. |
