基于有限元法的热套凸轮轴冷却工艺研究

摘    要:基于有限元法研究热套凸轮轴装配工艺,分析采用不同流体以不同吹冷速度强制冷却凸轮轴时的冷却效率。结果表明,随着冷却流体流速的增大,冷却速度显著增大,但冷却速度对于流速增加的敏感性逐渐降低,缩短同样的冷却时间所需的流速增量越来越大。相比于吹冷速度,拥有不同物性参数的不同流体对于冷却效率的影响更加显著。冷却过程中凸轮轴轴体由于热传导产生的膨胀并不影响下一缸凸轮的装配。

Abstract:Based on the finite element method,the assembly process of shrink-fit camshaft was studied by analyzing the cool-ing efficiency of blowing-forced cooling camshaft at different velocities with different fluids.The results show that the cooling velocity increases significantly with the increase of cooling flow velocity,but the sensitivity of cooling rate to the increase of flow velocity decreases gradually.The increment of flow velocity for the same cooling rate becomes larger.Compared with the blowing velocity,different fluids with different physical parameters have a more significant effect on the cooling rate.The ex-pansion of camshaft shaft due to heat conduction during the cooling does not affect the cam assembly of the next cylinder.
