| 摘 要： | 对速效胃宁片进行了大白鼠、小白鼠三种溃疡模型的药效学研究。结果表明此药对三种胃溃疡模型（幽门结扎型、慢性乙酸型、利血平型）具有预防、保护和促进愈合作用；能明显降低大鼠胃液分泌和抑制胃蛋白酶活性；定量给药能增加小鼠体重。

| Abstract: | In this study,by aiming at the Fast Effective Stomachicae Tab,we did pharmacodynamics study of three kinds of models on ulcer of rats and mice. The results showed that the drug had significant effects on inhihiting ulcer on the model of pyloric ligation. It could decrease secre tion of gastric juice and inhibit gastric proteinase activities.The drug had signiflcant effccts on inhibiting ulcer on gastric ulcer of the model of acetic acid and promoted healing of ulcer. The drug significantly inhibited ulcer on the model of gastric ulcer of reserpine. |
