摘    要:研究了由一个仓库和n个客户(如零售商、批发商等,而非产品最终的消费者)组成的物流配送系统,中央仓库的库存如何经济合理地分配给每个客户,使这个系统整体的性能最优的随机库存/运输联合优化问题。这个分配过程需要同时考虑每个客户的货物量以及最佳的配送路线,库存/运输联合优化问题比单纯的库存问题或单纯的运输问题要复杂得多。研究在随机条件下如何基于FPP思想来求解ITIO问题更具有实用价值。描述了所研究问题的特点,讨论了对随机需求量的近似确定化处理过程,建立了刻画问题特征的数学模型。同时重点论述如何将研究的问题转化为CCLP问题及相应的求解过程,并给出具体的算法步骤。

Abstract:Authors study a distribution system which consists of a warehouse and n clients(such as retailers, wholesaler,and so on, but not final consumer of product). The problem about distributing inventory in center warehouse to each client economically and reasonably,and then optimizing the whole system is the inventory/transportation integrated optimization (ITIO) problem. In this course of distribution,the product quantity of each client and optimal distribution route must be simultaneously considered,so the ITIO problem is more complicated than single inventory problem or single transportation problem. Therefore,the study on how to solute the ITIO problem on the basis of FPP theory is more practically valuable. Authors explain the characteristics of the problem studied,discuss a procedure of handling the random demand as the determinate demand, establish a model,and finally design the heuristic algorithm based on the method for solving the constrained concentrator location problem.
