移动式柴油发电机组消声器的设计计算

摘    要:以柴油机的排气噪声控制为研究背景,针对某型移动式柴油发电机组,进行了排气消声器的性能和结构设计.依据柴油发电机组的条件和排气参数,利用CFD软件FLUENT进行流道的建模和数值模拟,进行了消声器的流场和消声量的计算.通过多次调整结构参数,使得所设计的消声器性能逐渐合理.计算结果表明,该消声器在较宽的频带范围内具有良好的消声性能,能够满足设计所要求的25dB消声量.

Abstract:Aimed at the exhaust noise control of mobile generator-sets, an exhaust muffler was designed in structure and performance. Based on the exhaust parameters of the diesel and the practical condition, a muffler model was built by means of the computational fluid dynamics software--FLUENT. Flow field and capacity of the muffler were computed through numerical simulation. In order to make the muffler more reasonable, its structure parameters were adjusted again and again. Calculating results show that the muffler has a good performance in a wide frequency range, and the capacity of noise reduction can meet the 25 dB demand.
