| 摘 要： | 依托港珠澳大桥珠海连接线拱北隧道曲线管幕工程,介绍在复杂地质条件下长距离曲线管幕顶管设备选型,以及选用德国海瑞克AVN1200TC泥水平衡顶管机的顶进、UNS导向、操作控制、泥水处理等四大系统,通过曲线顶管工艺试验和已完成的隧道中板处4根顶管的成功实践,从顶进精度控制、顶管施工对周边环境的影响和顶进工效等方面,对设备应用情况进行分析和评价,能够满足拱北隧道管幕工程施工需要。

| Abstract: | This paper,supported by the curved pipe-roofing project of Gongbei Tunnel,an important part of Zhuhai Link of Hong Kong- Zhuhai- Macau Bridge. introduces the selection of equipment for long distance curve pipe-jacking under complex geological conditions,and the selection of Herrenknecht AVN1200 TC machine for pipe jacking,UNS orienting,operation and slurry treatment. With reference to the successful curved pipe-jacking of 4 pipes,the paper analyzes and assesses the application of this pipe-jacking equipment in terms of accuracy control,environmental influence and construction efficiency, and concludes that this equipment meets the requirements for pipe-roofing of Gongbei Tunnel. |
