| 摘 要： | “修期、质量、价格和服务”是修船的四大要素，传统修船模式已不适应这一要求。现存的观念体制陈旧，缺乏创新。要改变现状，必须苦练内功，从严治企，强化管理以及在深化人事分配、产权体制等方面进行改革。

| Abstract: | “Repair-period,quality,price and service” are the essentialfactors for shiprepair，to which the traditional pattern can not adapt properly.Reformation must be taken against obsolete ideas and systems by making exercises to benefit our capacity,managing our enterprises strictly,strenthening our administering and deepening the reformation on personnel distribution and system of property right. |
