| 摘 要： | 采用ＧＭＰ－１４０单抗ＳＺ－５１采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测了７４例肺癌患者ＧＭＰ－１４０含量并与４０例健康人作了对照，结果发现肺癌患者血浆ＧＭＰ－１４０均值高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），尤其在肺癌伴转移患者更为明显，且亦高于肺癌未转移患者（Ｐ＜０．０５），为进一步探讨血小板在肿瘤增殖与转移中的作用及临床治疗提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | Recent studies showed that platelets might play an important role in the proliferation and metastasis of certain cancers. Platelet alpha-granule membrance protein(GMP-140)is a special new marker released by activated platelets. In the study GMP-140 in plasma of 74 patients with lung cancer was detected using McAb SZ-51 with ELISA, and compared with that in plasma of 40 normal subjects.The results showed that the average value of GMP140 in the patients with lung cancer was higher than that in normal subjects(P<0.01), especially in the patients with cancer metastasis,it was even higher than that in the patients without cancer metastasis (P<0.05). Besides,this study also provides more evidence for further researches into the role of platelets on the proliferation and metastasis. |
