基于融合阶段响应时间的高科技产品网络优化

摘    要:针对高科技产品生命周期各阶段市场需求特征,根据产品阶段响应点的不同,构造产品生命周期各阶段响应时间模型;在此基础上综合考虑了产品生命周期各阶段的生产成本/时间、运输成本/时间、缺货成本以及销售价格等因素,建立了以利润最大化为优化目标的多工厂、多分销中心、多市场的0-1混合整数优化模型,并利用lingo9.0软件设计算法程序求解。设计合理的供应链网络能有效增强产品竞争力、降低物流成本、提高盈利水平。

Abstract:Based on the market requirement characteristics in au stages of the life-cycle of hish-tech products and the differences in the product stage response points,the response time model for all stages ofthe product life-cycle was established.On this basis,comprehensively considering the production cost/time,transportation cost/time,out-of-stock cost,sales price and other factors in all stages of product life-cycle,the multi-plant,multidistribution centre and multi-market 0-1 mixed integer optimization model with the optimization goal of maximum profit of the supply chain Will8 established.Ling09.0 software designed algorithm Was used for solution.Rational design of the supply chain network can effectively enhance the competitiveness of products,reduce the logistics cost and improve the profit level of the corporate.
