| 摘 要： | 总结了中小城市城区的主要交通特征．针对该交通特征提出了．在中小城市应用干道协调控制系统改善交通的方案．对采取干道线控系统前后的交通运行效果进行了系统的比较分析，证明了采用干道线控系统可以在最短时间内完成道路交通功能提升，能缓解区域内交通结构供需矛盾，并可改善局部交通的运行状况．

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the main traffic characteristic within the small and medium-sized cities and compares the impact before and after the use of urban traffic trunk control system. Improvement of the traffic can be got in the shortest time if the trunk control system is used. Local traffic condition will also be improved. |
