| 摘 要： | 研究了基础设施建设BT项目融资风险分类与风险的特殊性,构建了BT项目融资风险评价指标体系与模糊综合评价模型,提出了隶属度函数的确定方法,对佛山市顺德区碧桂路与容桂大道地道BT工程项目融资风险进行了实证分析.综合评价结果表明:项目最大隶属度为0.712 7,融资风险较小,与实际分析结果相符,且最大隶属度有效性原则检验系数为2.728,大于1,因此,融资风险评价方法可行.

| Abstract: | The characteristics and classification of BT financing risks for infrastructure building were analyzed.A evaluation index system and a fuzzy-compositive evaluation model were set up.A method was put forward to confirm membership function.The BT project risk of Bigui Road and Ronggui Underground Road in Foshan City was evaluated by using the evaluation method.Evaluation result shows that the maximal membership degree of the project is 0.712 7,its risk belongs to the comment of the minimum risk,the test coeff... |
