绞吸挖泥船串联接力泵船远距离输送工艺

摘    要:绞吸船串联接力泵施工为目前长排距施工的主要方案,得到广泛的应用。针对如何能够使泥泵间的输送能力相匹配、达到稳定运行并发挥合理的生产能力的问题,以华能曹妃甸5000万t/a煤码头项目围海造陆吹填工程为例,通过对施工中各种典型工况的分类与计算,探索施工的变化趋势,分析接力泵船的船位合理布置范围。

Abstract:At present,tandem pump construction as main construction scheme of long line is widely used.Aimming at how to match the transport capacity of the mud pump,and how to achieve stable operation and to play a reasonable production capacity,taking 50 million t/a of coal wharf project of Huaneng Caofeidian reclamation project as an example,this paper explores the changing trend of construction and analyses the reasonable decorate range of pump vessel through the classification and calculation of all kinds of typical operating conditions of the construction.
