| Abstract: | The main bridge of Zhijing River Mega Bridge of Shanghai-Chengdu national trunk Hubei Shangbai-Chengdu west （Yichang to Enshi） highway is 1 × 430 m deck concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge, which is the largest span among the similar bridge spans in the world. It uses the combination of bolting and welding to make variable cross-section steel tube arch truss bridge for the first time in China. This article introduces the manufacturing process of steel tube arch rib, ＂5 ＋ 1＂ construction technology and main points of the whole lying assembly and pre assembly. |
