摘    要:以沪蓉国道主干线湖北沪蓉西(宜昌至恩施)高速公路支井河特大桥主桥为1×430m上承式钢管砼拱桥为例,介绍了采用栓焊结合工艺加工制作变截面钢管桁架拱桥的施工技术。

Abstract:The main bridge of Zhijing River Mega Bridge of Shanghai-Chengdu national trunk Hubei Shangbai-Chengdu west (Yichang to Enshi) highway is 1 × 430 m deck concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge, which is the largest span among the similar bridge spans in the world. It uses the combination of bolting and welding to make variable cross-section steel tube arch truss bridge for the first time in China. This article introduces the manufacturing process of steel tube arch rib, "5 + 1" construction technology and main points of the whole lying assembly and pre assembly.
